Do not attempt to identify other users through survey responses.

3. Survey Participation

Surveys may be anonymous or identifiable depending on configuration.
In 360 evaluations, responses are anonymized unless only one evaluator is assigned.
Evaluators are advised not to include personal identifiers in comments.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and survey tools are owned by Survalytics. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform, including data loss or unauthorized access.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
